Update a condition for a trip field

Updates a trip field condition owned by the active company. Rejects legacy NULL-companyId rows and rows owned by another company.

Comma-separated ISO2 destination country codes, e.g. SE,NO. With operator EQUALS the condition applies when the destination is in the list; with NOT_EQUALS when it is not. Only EQUALS and NOT_EQUALS are supported here.
