Find the matching policy for a trip

https://api.premote.io/v1/policies/find-policy

Evaluates the traveler’s eligible policies against the given trip field values and destination, and returns the best-matching policy (with pooled workation day info attached) along with any trip validities that failed for the candidates considered.
