Evaluates the supplied scope criteria (saved or draft) with the same evaluator the guards use and reports, per dimension, how many live users, trips and entities of the authenticated company they resolve to. A dimension with no criteria is unrestricted and reports only its total. Criteria that mention {{userId}} are evaluated once per current member of roleId and reported as a range; with no members the count cannot be derived and the dimension says so.
