Upsert a trip field setting

Create or update the process-scoped display and fixed-value setting for a single trip field. If the resulting setting is empty (no hiding and no fixed value), the row is deleted and null is returned.

Hide the field from the trip request once a trip_field_event has auto-filled it; it is asked normally while empty.

Template string with placeholders (e.g. "{{traveler.firstName}}"). Three distinct states: a template prefills the field; null removes the override entirely, so the trip field's own {{}} default (if any) resolves through it; an empty string means "ask for this field, do not prefill it" and suppresses that default. Omitting the property leaves the stored value untouched.
