Per-tracker workflow alert overrides (distinct from the company-wide notification rules in GET /pe-risk/notification-rules). Keys are deadline60, deadline30, blockExceedingTrips, notifyHomeHr — each value turns that alert on or off for this tracker alone. Omit a key to default it to true (on). Note delivery is not live yet: overrides are persisted and returned, but nothing dispatches PE alerts.
