Role to assign. Falls back to the company default role (set via POST /companies) if omitted — the request fails with 400 if neither is available.

Defaults to true

Whether the employee can sign in. Creating a user never sends an invitation, but an account with access can still request a login link (or sign in via SSO) at any time. Pass false to create an employee record that cannot sign in at all — for example employees whose trips are managed by their admins. Change it later with PATCH /users/{id}/access.
