Persist the supplied risk answers on the trip and re-run the whole assessment with them. Unlike retry-assessment this accepts a trip in any state, so a trip that was assessed with no answers — and therefore succeeded on defaults — can be repaired. Completion workflows are not re-fired. Admin-only. PROD-1905.
