Evaluates the supplied criteria (saved or draft) across every active employee of the authenticated company and reports how many employees would get at least one approver, who the approvers are, and the same per criterion. Uses the resolver rules: criteria are unioned, intermediate chain steps follow one user, the final step yields every listed user. Approver ids that no longer belong to an active user are not counted.
