Resolve one file of a trip to a short-lived (300s) signed download URL. Discover file ids and types (fileType, e.g. SSN_REQUEST/SSN_REPLY) via the list-a-trip's-files endpoint. By default redirects to the file; pass redirect=false to receive the URL as plain text.
