Lists, for each destination of the trip, every process (A1 / certificate of coverage and posted-worker notification) and whether it ran.
Use it to check which processes a trip triggered, and why a process did not run. A process with status suppressed_by_request was excluded by the trip’s processKeys; start it with POST /processes/rerun/{tripId}.
