Returns every country-reference field VALUE set for the given country id (a Country ID, not a company id) for the caller's own company. Field DEFINITIONS can be global or company-specific, but a VALUE always belongs to exactly one company — a definition with no value set for this company still appears, with value: undefined, and only a company with no field definitions at all (neither global nor its own) gets an empty array. Pair with GET /country-fields, which returns the field DEFINITIONS (key, label, type) that these values belong to — combine both to reconstruct the full field-by-field picture for a country.
